The policy is, accordingly, framed around PIPEDA and provincial legislation but does not specifically address Quebec requirements (e.g., privacy officer designation, mandatory breach reporting, automated decision-making disclosures). Individuals have the right to request access to and correct their personal information, with the Company committing to respond within 30 days, as per the current requirements under applicable law. Consent withdrawal and complaint avenues (Privacy Commissioner of Canada; Ontario IPC) are provided.
Children
The Website is not intended for children under 16, the Company commits not to knowingly collect their information, and will delete information collected from a child under 16 without verified parental consent.
